The strapless Vera Wang dress featured a diagonally draped bodice, ballgown skirt made out of raw edged laser-cut swirling silk organza, and a train in silk tulle, a spokesperson for the bridal brand told StyleList.

Clinton's tiny waist was cinched with a crystal-encrusted belt also by the designer, while her hair was pulled back and accented by a long traditional tulle veil.
She complemented her gorgeous gown with a simple bouquet of white hydrangeas.

Wedding Budget. How to keep it low?

Weddings are expensive, but here are some ways to cut costs.

Reception
First of all you should review the guest list! This way you will low your catering costs you can also save on invitations and even slash the number of tables and centerpices.

If  posible, don't do it on Saturday. Location price would low down if you do it any other day.

Choose bigger tables so you need fewer centerpieces and tablecloths.

Flowers
Try to stick to just one or two kinds of flowers.

Use season flowers.

Cake
Order a small,simple cake.(max. two-tiered cake)

Keep the add-ons also simple.

Don't use sugar flowers, use fresh ones.

Photo&Music
Choose a smaller band.

Try a Band or Dj who can do both, ceremony and reception.

Buy disposable cameras and give them to your closest friends. They will take fresh and natural pictures of your wedding from their point of view.

Lovely Ring, Low Budget

You know she's worth every penny, but  following these engagement ring budget tips you can get a ring she'll love at a price your wallet can handle.

A ring with a circle of smaller diamonds around the center stone can make the diamond in the middle look bigger. And it's not just a great way to create the illusion of additional carats. A halo can also completely change the appearance of  the diamond.

An emerald cut has fewer facets , so it won't be as shiny, but the shape allows the diamond to cover more surface area than other cuts of the same carat weight do.

Instead of diamonds all the way around the band, look for a band that highlights the center stone, like one that's embellished with twists or engraving. Add baguette diamonds on each side of the center stone for more glitz at a lower cost.

Colored diamonds are popular among celebs, but if you don't have a celebrity paycheck, consider a colored gem for the center stone instead.

Engagement Rings. What you need to know!

Everything you need to know about shopping for your engagement ring .
Here's how to find your engagement ring style.

Cut
Refers to the angles and proportions of the diamond. Don't confuse this with the shape of the  diamond.
The cut will affect the sparkle and brilliance of the diamond.

Color
The most common color of diamonds found in nature is yellow. Therefore, the rarest and most desirable diamonds are colorless. In order of preference:

Clarity
The inclusions or natural impurities of a diamond. This results from thousands of years of pressure, heat and sedimentation of rocks. The following grading system is based on a standard 10X magnification:
FL flawless
IF internally flawless
VVS1 very, very slight inclusions
VVS2 also very, very slight inclusion….but a minute amount more than VVS1
VS1 very slight inclusions, grade 1
VS2 very slight inclusions, grade 2
SI1 slightly included, grade 1
SI2 slightly included, grade 2
I1 included
