Get some help!
Is it's much harder than you'd think to keep each of youre plans in check.
So if you’r not hiring a wedding  planner, try at least to a person for de day to oversee the details for you!

Order Good Food.
Just ask yourself: What would you want to eat?
Maybe you can skip the meat and potatoes and do somthing more like Mexican fajitas ore Spanish tapas.

Add a Lounge area.
Try to create a relaxing area in your reception. A place were people can talk more quite.
Try couches, chairs and other  furniture to create a lunge like area for your guests.

Keep the Toast Short.
As meaningful and wonderful as toasts can be, it's important that you don't let those toasting to drone on and on. When it comes to toasts, it's really all about quality over quantity.
Prepared your toasters in the rehearsal dinner to gave a nice speech in about two minutes max.

Prepared Games for the Kids.
To keep the little ones entertained throughout the night, set up an area specifically for them.
